Questa manifestazione, organizzata dall'Associazione La Fierucola APS in collaborazione con l'associazione “Arte della Ceramica” Associazione di Ceramisti, si propone di promuovere e far conoscere il lavoro di molti ceramisti italiani e stranieri, di essere occasione di vendita ma anche momento conviviale di aggregazione, scambio e confronto fra i medesimi.
Il mercato si fonda su presupposti di qualità, creatività e diversità delle opere presentate nonché sulla professionalità dei partecipanti.
Si propone di promuovere al pubblico il lavoro dell’argilla in un’ottica culturale e pedagogica.

Saranno ammessi circa 90 artigiani-artisti della ceramica contemporanea internazionale.

Si richiede che i partecipanti siano laboratori professionali in possesso di partita IVA.

Non sono ammessi oggetti per uso alimentare smaltati o decorati con sostanze tossiche.
Non è ammesso l’uso di semilavorato e tanto meno la vendita di oggetti non personalmente prodotti.
I ceramisti dovranno portarsi i banchi espositivi e gazebi, questi ultimi rigorosamente bianchi.
Gli spazi espositivi saranno di metri 3 x 3 ciascuno oppure 4 x2.
 

La quota di partecipazione per le due giornate è di 146,40 € (120,00+ IVA 22% 26,40= 146,40) da versare con le modalità che vi saranno indicate insieme all’accettazione e conferma dello spazio.

L'accesso del pubblico alla mostra è gratuito.
La manifestazione osserverà i seguenti orari di apertura al pubblico:
Sabato 7 ottobre - dalle ore 10 alle ore 19
Domenica 8 ottobre - dalle ore 10 alle ore 19
L’orario di inizio allestimento sarà dalle 7 di sabato 7
Lo smontaggio sarà consentito dalle ore 19 della domenica 8
La vigilanza sarà garantita dalle ore 20 alle ore 8 (nella notte tra sabato e domenica).

Il permesso d'ingresso nella zona pedonale con l'auto può essere acquistato online e le istruzioni saranno inviate successivamente.

Per proporre la vostra candidatura è necessario inviare entro e non oltre il 30 aprile 2024:

1. - la DOMANDA DI ADESIONE compilata in ogni sua parte inviata cliccando sul pulsante "INVIO"
 
2. - Alcune immagini recenti del vostro lavoro e del banco inserite all'interno del modulo predisposto, in formato jpeg, nominate con il vostro cognome e un numero progressivo (esempio: Rossi 1, Rossi 2, ecc.).
Esse verranno utilizzate per selezionare i partecipanti nonché come materiale pubblicitario. Non saranno accettate domande con foto non nominate in modo corretto. 

Raccomandiamo ai partecipanti la cura nell’ allestimento del proprio stand.
Durante le due giornate sono previste animazioni, dimostrazioni di lavorazione, incontri.

Con la compilazione e l'invio del presente modulo l’espositore dichiara di aver compreso e di accettare le seguenti condizioni:

 

1) l'espositore si impegna ad allestire al meglio lo spazio espositivo assegnato, presentando esclusivamente i prodotti secondo le tipologie accordate con l’organizzazione;

 

2) la rinuncia alla manifestazione comunicata oltre il 30 luglio 2023 comporterà il pagamento della totalità della quota pattuita a copertura delle spese di organizzazione.

 

3) l’espositore presta il suo consenso ed autorizza l’Associazione La Fierucola APS", in qualità di organizzatore dell’evento, ad utilizzare e trattare i dati personali forniti, oltre a rilasciare ampia liberatoria per l’uso di immagini o fotografie, che potranno essere utilizzate a fini comunicativi o pubblicitari (art. 13 e 14 GDPR UE).

Dear ceramist,
we send you the form to fill out for the application to participate in the 24th edition of the CERAMICS FESTIVAL in Piazza Santa Croce in Florence on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 October 2024.

This event, organized by the La Fierucola APS Association in collaboration with the "Arte della Ceramica" Association of Potters, aims to promote and raise awareness of the work of many Italian and foreign potters, to be a sales opportunity but also a convivial moment aggregation, exchange and comparison between them.
The market is based on assumptions of quality, creativity and diversity of the works presented as well as on the professionalism of the participants.
It aims to promote clay work to the public from a cultural and pedagogical perspective.

About 90 contemporary ceramic craftsmen-artists will be admitted.
Participants are required to be professional laboratories with a VAT number.
Objects for food use that are enamelled or decorated with toxic substances are not permitted.
The use of semi-finished products is not permitted, much less the sale of objects not personally produced.
Potters will have to bring display stands and gazebos, the latter rigorously white.
The exhibition spaces will be 3 x 3 meters each or 4 x2.

The participation fee for the two days is € 120.00 + VAT, total € 146.40 to be paid in the manner that will be indicated together with the acceptance and confirmation of the space.

Public access to the exhibition is free.
The event will observe the following opening hours to the public:
Saturday 5 October - 10am to 7pm
Sunday 6 October - 10am to 7pm
The start of the preparation will be from 7 on Saturday 5
Dismantling will be permitted from 7pm on Sunday 6
Supervision will be guaranteed from 20 to 8 (on the night between Saturday and Sunday).


To submit your application, you must send by and no later than 30 April 2023:

1. - the APPLICATION FORM completed in all its parts and sent by clicking on the "SEND" button
 
2. - Some recent images of your work and of the bench inserted in the prepared form,
in jpeg format, name with your surname and a progressive number (example: Rossi 1, Rossi 2, etc.).
They will be used to select the participants as well as advertising material.

We recommend that participants take care in setting up their stand.
During the two days there will be animations, processing demonstrations, meetings.
 
Submit no later than April 30, 2023

You will receive the result of the selection by May 31st
